The Leader’s Path is the brainchild of Jo Murray, Elise Morris and Beck Melville, three passionate practitioners who bring their expertise in positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, wellbeing and leadership theory and practice to organisations facilitating measurable and lasting improvements to the way people lead and engage their people.
If you spoke with Jo, she’d be too humble to tell you that she has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Melbourne; a Master of Business (Performance Management); a Graduate Diploma in Business (Human Resource Development) and a Bachelor of Arts. She’s also one of a small group of certified facilitators of Dr Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ program.
Elise brings perspective, balance, wisdom and a whole heap of heart to The Leader’s Path. She has a knack for seeing what’s hiding in the shadows and provides an engaging, empowering and safe space for people to meet their growth edge. Elise’s intuitive approach, her insatiable curiosity with what it means to be human and her ability to connect wholeheartedly and quickly facilitates insight and understanding at an incredibly deep and restorative level.
Elise loves to disrupt conventional leadership and people management practices unlocking latent potential and the ability to thrive and flourish. Her diverse background working in global executive roles and more recently in consulting allows her to straddle the commercial realities of running a business whilst driving deep human connection to facilitate positive change.

She is deeply passionate about bringing kindness and self-compassion to life in the daily experiences of people at work and beyond. Beck’s warmth, energy and sense of fun are infectious. Beck is a talented facilitator, engaging speaker and sought-after executive coach and leadership consultant who builds deep, trusting relationships.
Beck is a master at creating safe spaces for learning where human connection, wisdom, generosity, creativity and growth are in abundance. She has a knack for deeply understanding client’s needs, hopes and perspectives and bringing them into crystal clear focus.
